Sarkozy Drunk
I think all Heads of State should do at least one drunk press conference.
In all fairness, he did just get out of a meeting with Putin. That could only mean one thing…
The dialogue in the video basically translates to:
“Sirs, Madams, please excuse my tardiness, which is due to the length of the dialogue that I just had with Mr. Putin.
What do you prefer -- should I answer your questions?”
Hilarious.
