At first, I thought this sign was Konglish gone horribly wrong. I soon learned that there is such a thing as a rape flower. Shows what I know.
A machine used to make rice cakes. Very delicious, but this guy made it clear that he didn’t care for Americans, so I bought some from the competition next door. The free market at it’s finest!

It's used for vegetable oil hence its other name, "oilseed rape." In North America we know it as "Canola" oil which stands for "Canadian Oilseed, Low-Acid."
So that's how they make rice cakes. SOmeone lost a sale I see.
