I never really got to hear much Bad Brains. One of the few US Hardcore bands I ever saw Millions of Dead Cops who supported the Dead Kennedys when they played Southampton University in 1983

We must be tapping into something, I just wrote a long post about hardcore. It will be up on my blog today or tomorrow.

Jams, if you are interested in exploring Bad Brains, a good place to start is The "Roir Sessions" or "Rock for Light". Their later albums, "I Against I" and "Quickness" are excellent as well. I'm sure you had a blast at the DK/MDC gig. Those were the days...
