Kim Jong Ill was recently photographed looking frail and decrepit before his nation’s legislature. Some have speculated that his recent alleged stroke has made the left side of his body paralyzed, and this picture gives credence to that theory.

I do agree that it would be good with he dies.
The question is whether or how fast the country disintegrates. And if social disintegration does loom, will the DPRK generals panic and try to launch a war?
This would be a situation where we would have very little or no influence. It'll make what happened in Romania when the people rose up agains Ceauşescu look like a cakewalk.
